The incident occurred in Albolote, when agents of the Local Police received a tip-off from a citizen. The caller reported the presence of a male exhibiting an "unusual attitude" next to an ATM of a bank.
Upon arrival, police officers confirmed that the individual was carrying a large knife, in addition to a smaller one and a small saw. Given this situation, the officers proceeded to confiscate the items to ensure public safety.
Subsequently, a complaint was filed against this person for violating the Public Safety Protection Law. This regulation prohibits the possession of potentially dangerous objects in public spaces, as they can pose a risk to coexistence and public order.
