The official program, presented by the Albolote City Council, includes a varied range of leisure activities designed for all audiences. Events will begin on Thursday, July 30, with the opening of the exhibition La Luz y la Vida Retrospectiva at the Casa de la Cultura, followed by the official proclamation at Plaza de España and a pyromusical show next to the Fairgrounds.
During the four days of celebration, residents and visitors will be able to enjoy free concerts at the Municipal Booth, featuring artists such as Omar Montes and the band 091. In addition, the agenda includes water activities, foam parties, and the traditional Day Fair, which will be enlivened by various local brass bands.
The sports sector will also have its space with the provincial swimming circuit at the Municipal Sports Center. Meanwhile, families can participate in children's workshops and inflatable bull runs that will travel through the main streets of the town, such as Calle Real and Calle San Sebastián.
The mayor of the town highlighted the effort made to create a program that ensures fun for all ages. He also thanked the work of emergency services, Local Police, Civil Guard, and Civil Protection, whose work is essential to ensure the peaceful development of the celebrations.
