The Freestyle Burger Fest in Albox concluded with remarkable attendance, establishing itself as a leading leisure and gastronomy event in the Almanzora region, where a culinary proposal from Mula (Murcia) was awarded as the best burger.
The Albox Exhibition Center was the focal point of a large turnout during the Freestyle Burger Fest, an event that gathered over 2,000 people throughout the weekend. This celebration has positioned itself as one of the most significant leisure and gastronomy events in the Almanzora region.
One of the most anticipated moments took place on Saturday night, when the Freestyle Motocross show, held in the portable Bullring, attracted over 1,000 attendees. The audience enjoyed a high-level show featuring riders who performed impressive jumps and spectacular exhibitions, including the popular Best Whip contest.
In the gastronomic section, the festival featured seven burger-specialized food trucks, managing to sell over 2,000 units on Saturday night alone. The ‘D2’ proposal, originating from Mula (Murcia), was recognized as the Best Burger, standing out for its originality and quality.
The event, which ran from Thursday, April 16, to Sunday, April 19, offered a diverse program that included live music, DJs, cheesecakes, and a wide selection of beers, all with free admission. Musical performances and after party sessions enlivened the festival nights.
The impact of the Freestyle Burger Fest was also reflected in the local hospitality sector, which experienced significant activity throughout the weekend, contributing notably to the economic dynamism of the municipality.
