The fifth edition of the festival, organized by Rootsound, will transform various spaces within the municipality, located in the surroundings of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, into stages for a program that blends root music and contemporary sounds, complemented by cultural activities.
The lineup will be distributed across the Castillo, Monte, Fuente, and Plaza stages. The latter will offer free access. This year's edition will feature artists such as Queralt Lahoz and Blanca Paloma, who previously participated in the event's first edition.
The opening day, Friday, September 18th, will take place at the Monte Stage with performances by Cristina Len, DALILA, Queralt Lahoz, Tära (in her only Spanish performance), and Vinila Von Bismark, who will premiere her show La Última Sultana.
Saturday, September 19th, will host the majority of the activities. The Monte Stage will feature concerts by La Yegros (her only performance in Andalusia), Hempress Sativa & Paolo Baldini Dubfiles (their only date on the peninsula), Isla Kume, Terrae, and Morgana Souljah. At the Castillo Stage, Blanca Paloma will present her debut album, alongside Jihan and Teresa Jiménez. The Plaza Stage will offer free concerts by Carmen Xía and Las Hijas de la Cumbia.
The festival will conclude on Sunday, September 20th, at the Fuente Stage with a performance by Lewa, a project by Elísabet Iglesias and Aure Ortega.
In addition to concerts, Sonraíz will include an artisan market, agroecological activities, wine education, gastronomy, workshops, exhibitions, and guided tours. The Sonraíz Pass (75 euros), Monte Pass (55 euros), Saturday Pass (50 euros), and individual tickets are still available.
