The program, which will run until August 2027, will offer participants the opportunity to gain practical experience alongside theoretical training.
Training specializations include continuous coatings, auxiliary masonry operations, and masonry construction, with the goal of obtaining recognized professional certificates.
The initiative is funded with 346,344.77 euros from the Regional Ministry of Employment, Business, and Self-Employment of the Junta de Andalucía, with a municipal contribution of 19,858.89 euros.
The main objective is to facilitate the acquisition of skills and experience to enhance employment opportunities within the construction sector.
The City Council reaffirms its commitment to promoting training programs that strengthen access to the labor market for various local groups.
