The Priego de Córdoba City Council launched this Tuesday the process to apply for the adjudication of Commercial Unit nº 4 located in the Abastos Market. This space is designed to house commercial activities that enhance the current offerings of these municipal facilities.
The unit has a surface area of 28.26 square meters and is being put up for tender with a monthly fee set at 116.52 euros.
Those interested in submitting their applications will have until July 27th, in accordance with the regulatory bases of the procedure.
This municipal initiative aims to foster the creation of new businesses and stimulate commercial activity in the Abastos Market, thereby expanding the variety of services and establishments available to citizens.
All necessary documentation, including the call for applications and the application form, is available for consultation on the electronic headquarters' notice board of the City Council.
