Real Club Priego Fundación Kutxabank continues to strengthen its team for the upcoming season with the arrival of Japanese international table tennis player Asuka Machi. The 33-year-old player brings valuable experience after competing last season in the Japanese Super League and in Poland.
Machi joins a squad facing a particularly challenging season, participating in both the Men's Superdivision and the Champions League. His signing aims to enhance the Priego club's chances of achieving ambitious goals in various competitions.
The Japanese table tennis player has developed a distinguished career at the highest level and has represented the Japan national team on numerous occasions. His international background is a key factor in this signing, which advances the team's final configuration.
Machi's arrival will also allow the athlete to establish temporary residence in Priego de Córdoba, where he will conduct part of his training at the Specialized Center for Sports Technification.
