This competition, with rules published in the Official Provincial Gazette (BOP), is open to all Spanish nationals residing in the national territory, with no age limit. Participants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to enter.

Each contestant may submit a maximum of two works, which must be original, unpublished, and not previously awarded in any other contest or competition prior to this call. The theme is open, but criteria such as originality, script, composition, drawing quality, and the values conveyed by the work will be highly regarded.

The contest rules explicitly state that works promoting hatred, violence, racism, or abuse will be excluded, thereby ensuring respectful and constructive content.
