The Fair of Agricultural Machinery, Fertilizers, Phytosanitary Products, and Agri-food, which took place at the Niceto Alcalá-Zamora y Torres Multipurpose Park since Friday, brought together nearly a hundred exhibitors in 14,000 square meters.
The Councilor for Economic Development, José Guzmán, described the edition as "positive," highlighting public attendance and economic impact. Exhibitors expressed "a high degree of satisfaction," with agricultural machinery sales finalized and others pending closure.
Guzmán emphasized that the economic impact of Agropriego extends beyond the fairgrounds, benefiting sectors such as accommodation, gastronomy, and local tourism during the weekend.
The fair focused on agricultural machinery, fertilizers, phytosanitary products, and agri-food products, with special attention to the olive grove and extra virgin olive oil. The D.O.P. Priego de Córdoba organized tastings and gastronomic workshops.
Following the success of this edition, the Priego City Council is already planning the 2027 event, consolidating the fair as a key meeting point for the agricultural sector.
