The activity, promoted in collaboration with the Provincial Institute of Social Welfare of Córdoba (IPBS) through the Senior Social Participation Program, allowed participants to explore various cities and towns in Castilla y León. The program blended heritage visits with opportunities for social gathering and fellowship.
The itinerary began in Salamanca, where the group visited iconic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, the University, the Casa de las Conchas, and the Cathedral. In the following days, the tour extended to Ciudad Rodrigo, La Alberca, Toro, and Zamora, concluding with a stop in Ávila before returning to Fuente-Tójar.

Muñoz reaffirmed the Governing team's commitment to the municipality's elderly residents, assuring that the Department of Social Welfare works daily to ensure active, healthy, and happy aging. The goal is for seniors to remain central figures in the social life of Fuente-Tójar, offering quality alternatives that promote their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
