Artist Nuria Fergó recently inaugurated the Atardeceres en Alcalá la Real festival, expressing her awe at the setting of the Fortaleza de la Mota. The singer described the night as very special, highlighting the venue for her concert.
The historical monument in Alcalá la Real will continue to be a focal point for events throughout the summer, offering a unique heritage backdrop for various performing arts.
As part of the Atardeceres festival, upcoming performances include Argentine singer Coti, who will present an acoustic set on Friday, July 3rd. Following this, the Spanish rock band La Guardia will perform a show on July 10th. Tickets for these concerts are available starting from 12 euros.
The Fortaleza de la Mota will also host other nighttime activities. On July 11th, a new edition of Luminare will take place, a light and live DJ show organized by the Provincial Council of Jaén as part of its 'Noches de Luz de los Castillos de Jaén' (Nights of Light of the Castles of Jaén) initiative. Entry will be free until full capacity.
On August 5th, the historic Pósito of the Fortaleza de la Mota will host a flamenco harp concert. Jerez-born artist Ana Crismán will perform in a trio format with her project 'Arpaora' at 10:00 PM, as part of the 73rd edition of the Festivales de Agosto de Alcalá la Real, most of which are free to attend.
