Interested individuals and business entities have until August 20 to submit their applications. The process must be completed exclusively through the municipal Electronic Office, in accordance with the technical and safety guidelines established by the Mayor's Office.
Current regulations classify the facilities into three categories: Dining and Catering, Mixed, and Youth. To ensure the quality of the event, the selection process will evaluate the applicants' experience, their connection to the hospitality sector, and the submission of decorative projects that align with the fair's traditional aesthetic.
Successful applicants must provide a 500 euro deposit and comply with strict requirements regarding accessibility, waste management, noise levels, and fire safety. Adherence to these conditions is essential to ensure the proper conduct of the festivities, which are scheduled from September 17 to 21.
In parallel, the Festivities Department is accepting entries for the official poster contest for this year's edition until August 6, encouraging public participation in the visual identity of the event.
