The program will run from June 23rd to August 31st, from 07:30 to 14:30. The registration period will open tomorrow at 17:00 at the school's AMPA and will also be available on June 18th and 19th from 9:00 to 10:30.
According to the delegate councilor for Social Welfare, Mamen Muñoz, this project aims to create public spaces for Linares families, ensuring childcare during the summer. The goal is to facilitate parents' continued participation in the workforce, foster job creation in the care sector, and promote shared responsibility.
The 'Aula Verano Concilia' intends to offer minors alternative activities that promote their development, integration, multidisciplinary recreational activities, civic attitudes, and social commitment, thereby contributing to family and work reconciliation.
The project is aimed at enrolled minors aged between 4 and 16 years, with priority given to single-parent families, victims of gender-based violence, large families, long-term unemployed women, vulnerable families (with dependent children with disabilities or dependency, economic vulnerability, or lack of support network), and families with other caregiving responsibilities.
Mamen Muñoz detailed that recreational, sports, cultural, educational, and inclusive leisure activities will be carried out, promoting creativity, coexistence, teamwork, equality, and the enjoyment of healthy free time. The project also includes the reservation of four places for children with functional diversity, ensuring their full inclusion through personalized support and adapted activities.
