The town of Olvera in Cádiz is hosting the fifth edition of its Stock Fair, an established event aimed at boosting the local economy and supporting proximity commerce. The fair will run throughout the weekend at the Fairgrounds Pavilion.
The mayor, Remedios Palma, highlighted the initiative's importance for the local business fabric during the opening. "The Stock Fair is a testament to the City Council's commitment to our merchants and the local business community. We want to continue promoting initiatives that help generate economic activity and, furthermore, make Olvera a meeting point for residents and visitors," she stated.
Spanning over 1,600 square meters of exhibition space, the fair features numerous establishments from various sectors offering special discounts and promotions under the slogan #YoComproEnOlvera (I Buy In Olvera). The program also includes leisure activities, children's workshops, free attractions, and musical performances.

The main novelty of this edition is the 'Fair Price' game, a participatory initiative that will award 1,000 euros in prizes to be spent at participating businesses. The game sessions will take place over the three days of the event.
On Saturday, the fair will be open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM with new game sessions, children's workshops, and attractions, culminating the day with a performance by the Flamenco Group Abraham Fajardo. Sunday, dedicated to families, will feature activities such as mini-fairs, bouncy castles, and a bubble soccer tournament, with the event closing at 5:00 PM.
