The incident occurred shortly after 8:00 AM, when the public transport vehicle and the motorcycle collided near Médicos Sin Fronteras street. According to sources from the Seville City Council Mobility Department, the motorcyclist allegedly performed an illegal turn, which led to the impact with the bus.
Following the collision, the motorcycle rider received on-site medical attention. Although conscious, the individual was transported to Virgen del Rocío Hospital for a thorough medical evaluation. Passengers on board the tram-bus were reported to be uninjured, municipal authorities confirmed.
This event follows another incident in the same area just one week ago, when five people sustained minor injuries after the tram-bus braked abruptly. In that instance, the driver had to perform an emergency maneuver to avoid a collision with a car that allegedly ran a red light.
