The Junta de Andalucía has announced the upcoming call for 3,422 positions in General Administration in 2026, as part of the 2025 public employment offer (OEP). Of these, 976 will be for civil servants and 1,526 for labor staff. Additionally, there will be calls for 5,047 teaching positions for Secondary education and 1,0289 for the Andalusian Health Service (SAS).
These civil service examinations represent an opportunity for stable employment with work-life balance. The renewal of an aging public workforce in Andalusia is driving these recruitments.
Within the Administrative Corps (C1), there are 216 positions for intermediate management tasks and administrative support, requiring a Baccalaureate or Technical degree. The Administrative Assistant Corps (C2) will have 44 positions, focused on office support and document management, requiring an ESO degree and being one of the most competitive calls. Also within C2, 50 positions are reserved for Environmental Agents, responsible for protecting natural heritage and assisting in firefighting, requiring a Baccalaureate degree.
The Group A of the regional administration will have 180 positions: 103 for the Superior Corps (A1.1), dedicated to high management and strategic planning, and 77 for the Management Corps (A2.1), focused on complex case processing and resource management. Both require a university degree.
The Group III of labor staff for the Junta de Andalucía adds 428 vacancies in educational specialties. These include 188 positions for Technical Staff in Social Integration (PTIS) to support students with special needs, 151 for School Monitors for support in transportation and extracurricular activities, and 89 for Higher Technicians in Early Childhood Education for educational programs for children aged 0 to 6. A Baccalaureate or specific Higher Vocational Training cycle is required.
Labor staff in Groups IV and V will have 842 positions. Group IV includes 53 positions for Auxiliary Nursing Care Technicians (TCAE) and 104 for Kitchen Assistants, requiring a Medium Vocational Training degree. Group V offers 310 positions for general services staff (ushers, maintenance), 286 for cleaning and accommodation staff, and 89 for restoration assistants, requiring a school certificate or equivalent.
