Organized by the Manuel Giménez Abad Foundation and the Menéndez Pelayo International University, the forum will feature the collaboration of the Royal Sevillian Academy of Good Letters and the Cultural Initiatives Center of the University of Seville (CICUS). Sessions will be held at the Casa de los Pinelo in the morning and the CICUS in the afternoon.
The inaugural day, May 12, will begin at 10:00 with a dialogue on the artistic and political avant-garde of Latin America. In the afternoon, at 19:00 at the CICUS, discussions will focus on narratives of the future in Hispanic America, including dystopias and artificial intelligence.
On May 13, the morning program will start at 10:00 with a conversation about Spanish in America. Subsequently, the market and Hispanic geopolitics in times of populism will be analyzed. The afternoon session, at 17:00 at the CICUS, will concentrate on constitutional politics and public opinion in Ibero-America.
Admission to all sessions is free until full capacity is reached, offering an opportunity for debate and reflection on crucial topics for the Ibero-American community.
