Pirotecnia Zaragozana has been chosen again to design and execute the event, which this year will be titled Entre Claveles. The total cost amounts to 24,805 euros, including VAT, a slightly higher figure than the previous year, solidifying the Aragonese firm's position as the go-to company for illuminating the Guadalquivir sky.
This company, part of the French group Etienne-Lacroix, has showcased its expertise in demanding international settings, such as the Champs-Élysées in Paris for France's National Day or the Monteolivete bridge during the recent Fallas de Valencia in 2026.
The selection of Pirotecnia Zaragozana is based on the technical reliability demonstrated in the previous 2025 edition, where their Magia Visual show set a high bar for power and choreography. That night, over 350 kilograms of gunpowder were used across 5,632 firing units, lighting up the sky for approximately fifteen uninterrupted minutes.
The 2025 setup was structured into sixteen distinct artistic phases, utilizing digital firing technology that allowed for millimeter-perfect coordination between large-caliber shells and low-altitude effects.
Unlike other company productions that tour various international festivals, such as Magia Visual itself, which was presented at the Córdoba Fair in 2024, the Entre Claveles show has been specifically conceived for the Sevillian capital. Although the firm performs large-scale events in cities like Paris or in pyrotechnic competitions in the Mediterranean, this year's title suggests a visual narrative deeply linked to the aesthetic of the Seville Fair.
The contract not only covers material supply but also security logistics, coordinated by the CECOP. The setup requires the deployment of digital firing consoles that ensure the precision of effects like “peonies” and “kamuros,” which were highly appreciated in the previous edition. With this announcement, Seville prepares for a closing ceremony that, due to its budget and technical means, aims to repeat the public success of 2025, when thousands of people crowded the riverbanks to bid farewell to the Fair.
