Sevilla FC is working intensely in its offices to complete the registrations of its players in LaLiga, a complex task given the club's financial situation. The entity assures that all signings will be registered in time for the match against Rayo Vallecano.
Since this morning, signings Jon Guridi and Sangante already appear in LaLiga's registry. They are joined by goalkeeper Fran González, the first of the new faces this season to be registered. Additionally, Castrín and Oso, players promoted from the reserve team with first-team numbers, have also been officially listed. The club is also managing their contract renewals, as both players' contracts expire in June 2027.
With just over 48 hours until the league opener at the Sánchez-Pizjuán, three signings still need to be registered: Juan Iglesias, Julio Díaz, and Robbie Ure. Despite the tension, the club conveys optimism about the possibility of completing all registrations before the match against Rayo Vallecano. This situation represents an improvement compared to the previous season, when several signings could not be registered for the first matchday.
