Mairena del Aljarafe Hosts FAN Spring Swimming Championship with Young Talents

The competition will bring together the most promising talents in Andalusian swimming, including six representatives from Club Natación Linares.

The Sevillian town of Mairena del Aljarafe is set to host the FAN Spring 25-meter Pool Championship on April 18th and 19th, a significant event that will gather Andalusia's most promising young swimmers.

This prominent event on the regional calendar will serve as a stage for athletes to showcase their preparation and discipline, striving to surpass their personal bests. The competition is renowned for its high standard, attracting top-ranked Andalusian swimmers in both male and female categories.
Among the participants, Club Natación Linares will send six of its talents, four women and two men, who have qualified thanks to their consistent progress and excellent marks throughout the season. These athletes have established themselves among the region's most outstanding.

Club Natación Linares approaches this event with ambition, responsibility, and the desire to continue consolidating its position among the leading clubs in Andalusian swimming.

The swimmers from the Linares club competing are Nerea Montijano Sequera (50 and 100 Breaststroke, 50 and 200 Freestyle), Alejandro Fernández Cando (200 Backstroke), Aitor Vizcaíno Martínez (50 and 200 Backstroke), Rebeza Zoe Padilla (50 and 100 Backstroke), Leonor de la Rosa (50 Butterfly, 50 and 200 Freestyle), and Alica Fernández Cano (50 and 200 Butterfly). Each will face demanding trials with the goal of improving their records and advancing in their federated careers.
In addition to the athletes, the event will feature Javier Rivas Gallego, the technical director and sports director of Club Natación Linares, who will also compete representing C.P.N. La Roda de Albacete in the 50 and 100-meter butterfly events. His participation underscores the high technical level of the championship and the team's commitment to high-performance swimming.
The FAN Spring Championship is not only a test of skill but also a valuable opportunity for Linares swimmers to gain experience in highly demanding competitions, reflecting the effort and dedication of the entire season.
