This initiative, presented during the election campaign, primarily aims to provide greater support to self-employed workers in the community. The proposal includes extending the zero fee for all new self-employed individuals during their second year of activity, regardless of specific conditions or circumstances.
The Family Business Law is the second legislative measure promised by the Andalusian Government within the campaign, in addition to the previously announced Health Guarantees Law. The latter seeks to ensure an annual increase in the health budget and healthcare staff, a policy that, according to the executive, has already been implemented.
“"More than half of the self-employed individuals our country has gained since 2018 have an Andalusian accent."
In addition to these laws, the Andalusian Government has expressed its intention to help self-employed individuals cover part of their contribution costs during the first two months of sick leave or accident in the next legislature. These measures seek to alleviate the economic burden on this group and promote job stability.
Representatives from the business sector have shown their support for these proposals, highlighting the importance of dialogue and consensus for the economic and social development of Andalusia. The fundamental role of self-employed individuals in the regional economy has been emphasized, noting that the community has experienced significant growth in the number of entrepreneurs and businesses in recent years.
