Officers responded to the alert and, after conducting necessary checks, identified the apartment and the alleged individual responsible for the shots, which appeared to come from a handgun.
During the operation, the suspect's mother voluntarily handed over a total of 12 airsoft replica guns: ten long-barreled and two short-barreled. These replicas were confiscated by the Local Police.
The municipal force reminded the public that the possession and use of fourth-category weapons, such as airsoft guns, are subject to current regulations. They emphasized that these replicas cannot be used in a manner that causes concern in public areas or to nearby residences.
The Local Police highlighted the importance of avoiding behavior that could cause social alarm or endanger public safety, underscoring the role of community cooperation in effectively addressing such situations.
It is advisable to immediately notify the competent services of any conduct that may pose a risk or cause alarm, as in this case, where the report led to the location of the property and the seizure of the weapons.
