Grupo Insur and Grupo MAS's family office have forged an alliance to develop a 192-home residential project in Seville, with an investment of 56.8 million euros and construction expected to begin in December 2026.
The collaboration between Grupo Insur and Grupo MAS's family office is formalized through the establishment of a joint company, following the acquisition of land on Afrodita Street, within the Bellavista-La Palmera district of the Sevillian capital. This project represents a significant investment in the city's real estate sector.
The development includes the construction of 192 homes, complemented by commercial premises, garages, storage rooms, and extensive common areas. The location, near the Jardines de Hércules, is one of the fastest-growing urban development areas and a key expansion focus in southern Seville, noted for its transformation.
The area boasts excellent connections, including direct access to the A-4 highway and various urban bus lines. Furthermore, the future arrival of the Seville Metro will further enhance the area's connectivity in the coming years, solidifying its status as a strategic point for residence and commerce.
This new project joins other initiatives driving the growth of southern Seville, an area undergoing significant urban transformation where Grupo Insur has already developed projects such as Bermes I and Bermes II. Construction for this new residential complex is anticipated to commence in December 2026.
