This operation, set to materialize in 2026, involves vacating its current facilities in the Nuevo Calonge industrial park. The company will occupy approximately 1,000 square meters in the Rama 1 building of the complex, where it will centralize its regional management, main business lines, and support services for southern Spain.
The relocation is part of the group's strategy to modernize its office network and reposition itself in strategic locations. The Vera Sevilla project, promoted by KKH Property Investors and marketed by CBRE, represents an investment of 250 million euros and is expected to be completed by autumn 2026.
This development is being built on the grounds of the former Tobacco Factory, in the Los Remedios neighborhood, and will integrate hotel, tertiary, and cultural uses, in addition to a five-hectare urban park and new pedestrian connections. Its assets include a luxury hotel with 200 rooms, promoted by Archer Hotel Capital, as well as spaces for business and commercial activities.
The arrival of the Eulen Group strengthens Vera Sevilla's position as a significant corporate attraction hub. Other future tenants include Moeve, which will establish its first headquarters outside Madrid there; Scopely, developer of the successful game Monopoly GO; and the Chamber of Commerce of Seville, which will install a business and events center. The Catalina restaurant group will also join with new gastronomic and event spaces. The complex, designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, aims to consolidate itself as a new business and urban hub in Seville.
The Eulen Group has maintained a strong presence in Andalusia since 1970, providing services that include security, cleaning, maintenance, socio-health activities, and cultural management, for both public administrations —including the Andalusian Health Service— and large companies. The company closed 2024 with a turnover of 250 million euros in the region, after recording a 10% growth in sales and a 30% increase in profitability. By 2026, it expects to reach 290 million euros in business volume. With nearly 10,000 employees in Andalusia, the Eulen Group is among the main employers in the community.
