As is traditional for over fifty years, the image of the Señor de la Cena will be the focus at an altar set up in the Palacio Arzobispal, located on Calle Cardenal Amigo Vallejo, for the celebration of Corpus Christi.
The outbound journey will commence at 06:30 AM from Los Terceros, passing through streets such as Sol, Santa Catalina, Francisco Carrión Mejías, San Leandro, Argote de Molina, and Placentines, with an expected arrival at the Archbishop's Palace at 08:00 AM. This route will be accompanied musically by the Escolanía y Capilla Musical de María Auxiliadora.
The return procession will begin at 12:45 PM, after the Custodia de Arfe has entered the Seville Cathedral. The return route will include streets such as Cardenal Amigo Vallejo, Alemanes, Cuesta del Bacalao, Francos, Cuesta del Rosario, Jesús de las Tres Caídas, Alfalfa, Odreros, Boteros, Sales y Ferré, Plaza Cristo de Burgos, Doña María Coronel, Gerona, Capataz Manuel Santiago, concluding at the church of Los Terceros at 4:00 PM. The Banda de Cornetas y Tambores de las Cigarreras will provide the musical accompaniment on this occasion.
For this extraordinary event, the image will be adorned with an embroidered tunic and mantilla created in the workshop of Mariano Martín Santoja. The image, a work by Sebastián Santos, will process on the float of the Señor de la Humildad y Paciencia.
The entire Corpus Christi procession and the return journey of the Señor de la Cena will be broadcast live by 101TV Sevilla from 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The broadcast will be presented by Curro Bono, with commentary from Esteban Romera, Antonio Puente Mayor, and Álvaro Martín. The signal will be available on TDT, YouTube, their website, social media, and mobile app.
