The project, carried out by the company Euro Rótulo y Servicios Publicitarios S.L., addresses the need to update the identification of courtrooms and departments within the building located at Prado de San Sebastián. The work was completed on July 14 to improve user navigation in a facility scheduled to relocate to Palmas Altas in 2028.
The new panels incorporate information adapted to the recent Judicial Efficiency Law, featuring updated names for judicial bodies. Additionally, braille signage has been added to elevators and the ground-floor public restroom to enhance accessibility.
The renewal follows guidelines from the General Council of the Judiciary, which requested the removal of specific institutional references on signage to ensure an appearance of impartiality. Consequently, the new signs display only official shields and the name of the respective court, omitting references to the Spanish Government or the Regional Government of Andalusia.
