After being relegated last season, Betis Deportivo and Sevilla Atlético will compete in Group IV, which includes teams from Andalusia, Extremadura, and the Canary Islands. This group promises to be competitive, featuring historic clubs like Recreativo de Huelva and Xerez Deportivo.
Among the new additions to the group are Club Atlético Central and Club Atlético Antoniano de Lebrija. Other Andalusian clubs completing the lineup are Club Deportivo Estepona, Polideportivo Mijas Las Lagunas, Marbella Fútbol Club, Linares Deportivo, Atlético Sanluqueño, and Ciudad de Lucena.
The Extremadura representation comes from Club Deportivo Don Benito and Club Deportivo Badajoz, while the Canary Islands contribute the reserves of CD Tenerife and UD Las Palmas, along with Unión Deportiva Tamaraceite and Club Deportivo Atlético Paso. A total of 18 teams will battle for promotion, a key objective for the Sevilla-based reserves after their relegation.
