Of the registered formations, thirteen have presented candidacies in all eight Andalusian provinces. These include the five parties that had parliamentary representation during the XII legislature: PSOE, PP, Vox, Por Andalucía, and Adelante Andalucía. Notably, Adelante Andalucía, which ran as a coalition in 2022, is now presenting itself as a political party.
Seven other parties running in all provincial constituencies are Escaños en blanco para dejar escaños vacíos, Se acabó la fiesta, Partido animalista con el medio ambiente, Partido comunista del pueblo andaluz, Por un mundo más justo, Falange española de las Jons, and Nación andaluza. The Andalucistas brand also competes in all provinces under the Andalucistas-Pueblo Andaluz coalition.
Regarding minority candidacies, the Partido Autónomos has registered lists in four provinces (Almería, Cádiz, Málaga, and Seville). Two parties, the Partido Comunista de los Trabajadores de España and the Izquierda anticapitalista revolucionaria, are doing so in three constituencies. The remaining formations are single-province in nature, such as Alternativa malagueña or Jaén merece más.
The Partido Popular has renewed most of its provincial top candidates, with Juanma Moreno repeating for Málaga. Regional government ministers lead the lists in the other provinces, with the exception of Córdoba. New names include Ramón Fernández-Pacheco for Almería and Antonio Sanz for Cádiz. Meanwhile, the PSOE candidate for the presidency of the Junta, María Jesús Montero, heads the list for Seville, with only María Márquez for Huelva and Josele Aguilar for Málaga repeating as top candidates from 2022.
In Vox, Manuel Gavira leads the Cádiz candidacy, and most provincial top candidates remain the same, except in Córdoba and Granada. The Por Andalucía coalition has distributed its leadership among its constituent forces, with Antonio Maíllo leading the candidacy for Seville. Finally, José Ignacio García, spokesperson for Adelante Andalucía, heads the Cádiz list, while Teresa Rodríguez is in fourteenth place.
