The mayor of Ronda, Mari Paz Fernández, visited some of the municipal sociocultural workshops that have just begun their new term. The offering, which includes novelties like tulle embroidery, has seen high participation, having exceeded 2,000 registered participants in the previous year.
The workshops cover a wide variety of disciplines, including physical maintenance, embroidery, bobbin lace, zumba for seniors, cutting and sewing, ballroom dancing, memory exercises, crafts, furniture restoration, painting in various techniques, patchwork, cooking therapy, book club, pilates, yoga, functional training, ceramics, illustration, aquazumba, and manga and comics.
These activities will be held in various municipal centers in Ronda, including the San Rafael Civic Center, the Senior Center, the El Fuerte Civic Center, the San Francisco Civic Center, the Juan Carlos I Civic Center, the Municipal School of Music and Dance (EMMD), the San Cristóbal Civic Center, the Centro Obrero, the covered swimming pool of El Fuerte, and the Padre Jesús Cultural Center.
