This project will be financed with funds from the Junta de Andalucía allocated to Tourist Municipalities and will be managed by the municipal company Turismo de Ronda, S. A., which oversees the Palacio de Mondragón, also home to the Municipal Museum of Ronda.
The works include repairing the patio's pavement and the fountain's circuit, reinforcing it and enhancing its prominence, along with gardening, ornamental lighting installation, and sanitation system upgrades. A new exit will be created from the Mudéjar patio to the Plaza de Mondragón. The execution period for the works will be four months.
The Palacio de Mondragón has undergone significant recent improvements, including upgrades to its air conditioning and accessibility systems, and modernization of the Municipal Museum. Previously, projects at the Murallas del Carmen and the first phase of the Camino del Desfiladero del Tajo were funded with Tourist Municipality grants.
