The emblematic Castillo de Santa Ana in Roquetas de Mar will become the center of a Medieval Market from August 13 to 16, 2026. For four days, the venue will offer attendees a complete historical immersion experience, with a varied selection of crafts, gastronomy, shows, street performances, music, and dance, in addition to leisure and entertainment zones.
The official opening of the market will take place on Thursday, August 13, at 8:00 PM, followed by the inauguration at 9:00 PM with an opening parade. The evening entertainment will include a musical street performance by Treefolk at 10:00 PM, a belly dance show by Julia Alyanna at 11:30 PM, and the fire show “La niña de fuego” to conclude the day at midnight.
On Friday, August 14, the program will begin at 8:30 PM with musical street performances by Treefolk and Nazareth. Shows combining music and dance will follow at 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM, preceded by an acrobatic silks performance by Maite Aeterial at 11:00 PM. The night will continue with more street performances and dance and fire shows until the early morning hours.
Saturday, August 15, will maintain a similar pace of activities, with musical street performances by Treefolk and Nazareth starting at 8:30 PM, and the fire show “La niña de fuego” at midnight. The market's performance schedule will conclude at 12:30 AM.
Sunday, August 16, will be the final day of the market, opening from 8:00 PM, allowing visitors and residents to enjoy the spaces, stalls, and leisure offerings with more tranquility. Throughout the event, there will be dedicated zones for the bazaar, attractions, and gastronomy, providing a complete experience.
