Promoted by the El Pimpi Foundation, the festival has established itself as an unmissable event in the province's charity calendar, bringing together thousands of people under the slogan “Conquer the Sun” and demonstrating Málaga's strong solidarity.
“"We made it!"
The day-long event, which ran from noon until night, featured regular festival presenters and active involvement from the beneficiary non-governmental organizations. These entities shared their projects with the public through videos and various activities throughout the day, highlighting the importance of the supported causes.
The proceeds from this edition will be allocated to five high-impact social initiatives in the province of Málaga. These include projects for people with severe mental disorders in vulnerable situations (AFESOL), teacher training to prevent child sexual violence (ALAS), reintegration of women without resources deprived of liberty (PROLIBERTAS), educational reinforcement programs for children in foster care (NUEVO FUTURO), and immediate response to social emergencies (BETANIA).
The festival's success was made possible by the support of a strong network of collaborators, including institutions such as the Diputación de Málaga and the City Council, as well as entities like Fundación “la Caixa”, Fundación Lágrimas y Favores, and Fundación Mahou San Miguel. More than 30 companies also joined this solidarity cause.
The musical lineup offered an uninterrupted show with performances by groups such as Seguridad Social, Broken Peach, SuperHeavySound, Lady Shakes, Dr. No, Red Vintage, Super 8, Comando G, Juan Marín, and Zayas, keeping the audience entertained throughout the day. With this edition, the Soles de Málaga Festival not only reaffirms its popularity but also its ability to channel solidarity into concrete actions that benefit the community.
