The Railway Union has called for intervention and driving workers to a stoppage that will impact stations in Malaga, including María Zambrano station.
The Ministry of Transport has defined minimum services to ensure mobility for Commuter, Medium-Distance, High-Speed (AVE), and Long-Distance trains.
For Medium-Distance trains, 65% of national services will be maintained. In Malaga, this translates to several daily connections between Seville (Santa Justa), Malaga (María Zambrano), Granada, and Algeciras (via Antequera).
Regarding High-Speed (AVE) and Long-Distance trains, 73% of usual services will run. Routes affected in Malaga include connections to Cordoba, Madrid (Puerta de Atocha), and Granada.
Malaga's Commuter services (lines C1 and C2) will operate at 75% during peak hours (6:00-9:00, 13:30-16:00, 18:00-20:30) and 50% at other times.
