The initiative, which will be held under the slogan 'Mijas with your well-being', aims to promote healthy habits and emotional well-being among citizens. Activities will take place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the town's main green area.

Among the scheduled workshops, open to the entire family, are sessions on 'Stress Regulation. Pause and Breathe', 'Sleep Hygiene. The Importance of Adequate Rest', and 'Social Support and Seeking Help', which emphasizes the relevance of social support networks.
Topics such as 'Internal Dialogue and Healthy Thinking' will also be addressed, exploring how the way we speak influences our mood, and an 'Emotional Activation and Intergenerational Experience' through a group laughter therapy dynamic. Children will have their own 'Children's Space' where they will complete an emotions circuit.
The day will conclude with a dance and movement activity designed for all ages. Additionally, a gift will be given to all participants who complete the activity circuit.
