The blue and white club has adopted a novel strategy by revealing next season's jersey before the current campaign concludes, following the example of other clubs. The new kit, manufactured by Hummel, features a vintage-style polo collar and retro-cut sleeves, aiming to evoke a classic aesthetic.
The jersey is available for purchase starting this Sunday, May 24th, at the Official Store of La Rosaleda and online. From Monday, May 25th, it will also be available at the store on Calle Larios. Currently, only the adult version is on sale, with children's sizes to follow.
The design of the new kit draws inspiration from the history and symbols of Málaga. Notably, subtle anchovy scales, an inseparable element of the city's identity and its people, are integrated into the fabric. The finishes are of high quality, with the club's crest and Hummel logo embroidered, reinforcing the garment's classic character.
The main blue tone revives the characteristic light blue of CD Málaga from the eighties, a historic shade for the club. Additionally, the collar and sleeves feature a double stripe, green on the right sleeve and purple on the left, colors representing the flag and crest of Málaga. Every detail aims to strengthen the sense of belonging and connection to the city.
