The municipal initiative, organized by Málaga Procultura, brings free cinema to different parts of the Málaga capital. Screenings, which began in early July, will extend through the first half of August at locations such as Misericordia Beach, Plaza de la Tabacalera, Cine Albéniz, and El Palo Beach.
Attendees can enjoy a varied selection of films, including titles such as 'Fantastic Four: First Steps', 'Paddington: Adventure in the Jungle', 'Sonic 3: The Movie', 'Wild Robot', and 'A Minecraft Movie', among others. Some sessions will be held in the morning and others in the evening.
Morning sessions, at 11:00 AM, are mainly concentrated at Cine Albéniz. In the evening, screenings begin at 10:15 PM (or 10:00 PM for the San Miguel Cemetery on August 13th) and are distributed across different city districts, covering parks and beach areas.
The 'Cine Abierto' program continues with its screenings this month until the 13th.
The complete schedule, with specific times and titles for each day and location, is available for consultation. The Málaga City Council promotes this summer cultural activity with the aim of offering free entertainment to citizens.
