This initiative, integrated into the Málaga TechPark Conecta application, aims to strengthen the park's commitment to sustainable mobility. This reward system will transform the platform, which initially only connected journeys, into a tool that drives active user participation.
Each month, the eight drivers who generate and share the most routes on the application will be rewarded with a reserved and free parking space for one month. The main objective is to encourage continuous use of the tool and consolidate more efficient mobility habits among the more than 29,000 professionals working at the park.
In addition to individual incentives, the system also includes a ranking for companies, which will measure the involvement of their employees in the platform. Companies can earn gold, silver, or bronze badges, and an annual recognition with an award and a commemorative plaque will be given to companies with the best accumulated performance in sustainable mobility.
This evolution of Málaga TechPark Conecta is part of the park's Sustainable Mobility Plan, designed to reduce internal traffic, polluting emissions, and costs associated with individual commutes. The application, launched in late 2025, already has over 600 users from more than 130 companies and nearly a hundred shared routes.
Developed by TDconsulting, the platform uses algorithms to connect compatible journeys based on schedules, location, and frequency, facilitating flexible and secure carpooling organization. It also incorporates features such as internal messaging between users, route geolocation, and a system for tracking the environmental impact of each trip.
