This traditional initiative aims to facilitate access to mobility for young people in Málaga, covering a portion of the expenses associated with obtaining any type of driving permit. Beneficiaries must have obtained their license between September 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026.

To qualify for these subsidies, applicants must be between 14 and 35 years old, be registered residents in Málaga, not have received this aid previously, and be holders of a bank account. The amount of 110 euros will be granted to each of the 682 selected young people.

The application period runs from April 14 to April 30, 2026. Interested individuals can complete the process online through the City Council's Electronic Headquarters, which requires an electronic certificate or Cl@ve system and the Autofirma application. Documentation such as a valid DNI or NIE, the driving license or temporary authorization, and a bank account ownership certificate must be attached.

Alternatively, applications can be submitted in person at the General Registry of the City Council or at a Municipal Citizen Service Office (OMAC). For this option, it is essential to request an appointment in advance and submit the completed form along with the required documentation in printed format.
