The operation, which took place this Saturday between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM, brought together citizens committed to the environmental improvement of this natural space.
Following the completion of the work, participants reiterated their demand for the municipal sanitation company, Sadeco, to intervene with specialized machinery to carry out a definitive cleaning of the affected section of the stream.
The volunteers emphasized the importance of a comprehensive action to eradicate the accumulated waste and allow for the full recovery of the environment, despite the progress made in previous campaigns.
