This subsidy, which will remain in effect for three years until 2029, is aimed at various social groups, including retirees, recipients of the Minimum Vital Income, large families, and victims of gender-based violence. Unemployed households are also eligible.
To qualify, applicants must prove the property is their primary residence and that their annual gross income does not exceed 1.5 times the IPREM. Furthermore, they must be up to date with waste and property tax payments and own no other real estate assets.
Applications can be submitted via the Epremasa electronic office, municipal registries, the Institute for Cooperation with Local Finance, or the provincial company's headquarters on Avenida del Mediterráneo in Córdoba.
