The project involved asphalting this route to enhance safety, improve accessibility, and facilitate agricultural activity in the area. The investment surpassed 44,000 euros.
The first vice-president of the Provincial Council, Mónica Castillo de la Rica, and the second vice-president, María Vera, visited the town of Gobernador to see the results of the works. They were accompanied by the mayor of the municipality, Patrocinio Ruano.
Castillo de la Rica emphasized that these investments reflect the Council's commitment to territorial balance and equal opportunities, collaborating with municipalities to improve citizens' quality of life. "We will continue working so that every euro invested reaches the municipalities and translates into real improvements for their residents," she stated.
Mayor Patrocinio Ruano, in turn, thanked the Provincial Council for its support, calling the project "a necessity for the municipality" that improves a road heavily used by residents and farmers. He highlighted that the Council's collaboration demonstrates its commitment to smaller municipalities.
