This activity, which combines traditional baking with family coexistence, was specifically designed for children and has been very well received, establishing itself as a prominent event in Los Gallardos' local calendar.
Beyond the kitchen, the workshop emphasized its intergenerational nature, actively involving parents, grandparents, and other family members. This interaction transformed learning into a shared experience, where recipes are passed down from generation to generation, thus strengthening family ties and the connection to the municipality's customs.
The organization highlighted the importance of these types of activities for preserving the cultural and gastronomic heritage of the locality.
The organizers expressed their gratitude to all participants for their enthusiasm, which was fundamental to the success of the event. Special recognition was given to Isabel Jerez, whose dedication and work were crucial for the workshop's development, and it is hoped that her collaboration will continue in future editions.
To conclude the sessions, the traditional fried roscos recipe was shared, encouraging families to continue making them at home and, in this way, keep alive a tradition that is an integral part of Los Gallardos' identity.
