The initiative, which remains continuously open for visits, combines state-of-the-art audiovisual resources, rigorous educational tastings, and a solid educational strategy to attract local, national, and international audiences. The project integrates sensory experiences through the five senses, from olfactory and gustatory tasting to visual, auditory, and tactile experiences linked to the world of the olive grove.
The fusion of territory, sustainability, and contemporary communication was also highlighted, positioning extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) as a hub for knowledge, identity, and sustainable economic development. The tour includes visits to modern facilities, tastings of EVOO and products, an on-site shop, and heritage elements such as monumental and ancient olive trees.
