The council, through the Department of Social Rights and Equality, has organized a specific operation for the administrative processing of vulnerability certificates or reports, under Royal Decree 316/2026.
The Councillor for the Area, Juan García (GIPMTM), explained that this action focuses on enhancing support in Social Services, covering information, document reception, registration, digitalization, and assistance with the processing of these reports.
The service will be provided at the Community Social Services Center of Vélez-Málaga, located at C/ Hojalateros, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It will be staffed by a team of six administrative assistant professionals specializing in citizen services.
This initiative will remain operational until all requested reports are completed, or by June 30, 2026, the deadline set by the State Government for this regularization procedure.
