This plan is aimed at the more than 40 municipalities in Almería that have Interpretation Centers and commit to joining the future network of Dipalme Rural Interpretation Centers. Currently, 13 municipalities are part of this network.
The purpose of these grants, as explained by the provincial deputy for European Initiatives and Entrepreneurship, Esther Álvarez Cappa, is to provide municipalities with the necessary resources to cover the expenses of conservation and promotion of these cultural and ethnographic spaces.
The main requirement for beneficiaries will be the commitment to request the affiliation of their facilities to the future Dipalme Rural Interpretation Centers network once it has its definitive regulatory framework.
The maximum grant amount will be 100% of the eligible expense, with a limit of €3,000 per Interpretation Center. Payment will be made in advance, with 75% after the award agreement and the remaining 25% after justification.
The execution period will be nine months from the date the award agreement becomes final. The application submission period will be fifteen business days from the day after the extract is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería. If demand exceeds the budgetary allocation, the amounts assigned to each center will be proportionally reduced.
