Keeping the registry current not only facilitates collaboration between the City Council and associations but also provides an up-to-date overview of the municipality's associative fabric, enhancing communication and cooperation.
Entities must report any changes to their contact information, such as registered address, phone number, or email. Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors must also be accredited with a certificate issued by the association's secretary. Annually, they must submit documentation related to the fiscal year's budget, the planned activity program, and an updated certificate of the number of members as of January 1st.
The Department of Citizen Participation encourages all associations to review their registration status and submit any pending documentation to ensure the full exercise of their rights and to continue strengthening citizen participation in Nerja.
