The main event is scheduled for 11:00 AM at the Cueva de Nerja Gardens. During the ceremony, the town will name its Tourist Ambassador and present seven 2026 Tourism Distinctions to individuals and organizations that have contributed significantly to the promotion of the area.
The day's agenda includes various activities for both residents and visitors. Highlights include a concert at Plaza de España, guided tours through the town center, and a folklore exhibition at the Balcón de Europa in the afternoon.
Additionally, the Tourist Office will set up an information stand to distribute white carnations, continuing the tradition of this event which aims to thank those who choose the destination every year.
