The incident occurred in an apartment on the fifth floor of building number 30, with the alert received at 4:07 AM. The dwelling showed a significant accumulation of smoke and flames, necessitating a rapid response from emergency teams.
Due to the difficulty of accessing the property from the inside, personnel from the Fire Prevention, Extinction, and Rescue Service (SPEIS) decided to enter through the balcony. This required cutting the access grate and using two ladders, successfully evacuating the resident to safety.
The operation involved eight firefighters, supported by a heavy urban pump, a rescue van, and a command vehicle. After the rescue, the teams continued working on extinguishing the fire and ventilating the affected building.
