The football field of Puente de la Sierra hosted a concert by the group Reclamados last night, which drew a large audience. The performance is part of the Música en el Extrarradio (Music in the Outskirts) cycle, promoted by the Culture Department of the Jaén City Council to boost summer programming in the city's outskirts, whose population significantly increases during the summer months.
Residents from the area and attendees from other parts of Jaén enjoyed an evening where music from the 80s and 90s took center stage. The festive and family-friendly atmosphere helped combat the night's heat.
Following the success of this first event, the cycle will continue on July 25th with a new concert at Puente Nuevo, next to the Alambique. This initiative aims to bring live music to all neighborhoods and peripheral areas during the summer.
