The incident took place on the JA-2321 road, near the Quintería crossroads, around 1:16 PM. A witness alerted emergency services after seeing the collision between the moped and the vehicle.
Personnel from the 061 Health Emergencies Center, part of the Andalusian Health Service, were dispatched to the scene, mobilizing a helicopter. Officers from the Civil Guard and Local Police also attended.
The Civil Guard has initiated the corresponding judicial protocol. The deceased's body has been transferred to the hospital in Andújar for an autopsy.
